Refunds
There is a 14-day not-a-fit refund on Hire-Ready: The New-Grad Nurse Kit ($17), Floor to Charge ($19), The Wellness Director's Toolkit ($19), the Student-to-Leader Bundle ($29), and the The New Grad to Nurse Leader Bundle ($39). If a purchase is not a fit, ask within 14 days of purchase. You do not need to give a reason.
Send the request through the LinkedIn link below. Include the email address you used at checkout so the purchase can be found. There is no phone number and no mailing address for refund requests.
After a refund, download access is turned off. The refund goes back to the original payment method.
If a file will not open, use the same LinkedIn link and it will be fixed or replaced.
