These draft terms cover purchases on this website of Hire-Ready: The New-Grad Nurse Kit, Floor to Charge, The Wellness Director's Toolkit, the Student-to-Leader Bundle, and the The New Grad to Nurse Leader Bundle. Krystin Sylvia sells them as Sylvia Private Nursing. They are independent products and are not affiliated with any employer, school, or facility.
Each product is a digital download: a printable PDF and an editable spreadsheet. The Student-to-Leader Bundle includes Hire-Ready: The New-Grad Nurse Kit and The Wellness Director's Toolkit. The The New Grad to Nurse Leader Bundle includes all three kits. Nothing is shipped. Prices are in USD and paid once: Hire-Ready: The New-Grad Nurse Kit $17, Floor to Charge $19, The Wellness Director's Toolkit $19, the Student-to-Leader Bundle $29, and the The New Grad to Nurse Leader Bundle $39. Stripe processes the payment. Sales tax is not collected at checkout right now.
A purchase is a personal license for one person. You may use the files at work or in school. Don't resell them, post them for others to download, or share the files themselves. A team, cohort, or facility license is separate. Ask about that through the LinkedIn link below.
The files are educational and organizational tools. They are not legal, regulatory, medical, nursing, or career-outcome advice, and they don't replace a nursing program, a preceptor, an employer's policies, or a state's regulations. Using them does not guarantee a job offer, an exam result, or a survey or inspection outcome. Don't record patient or resident names or other identifiers on a personal copy.
After payment, the confirmation page on this site is where downloads are offered. That includes Floor to Charge and both bundles. If a file is not uploaded yet, that page says so. Downloads are available for 30 days and up to 10 downloads. Each download link expires after about 5 minutes.
There is a 14-day not-a-fit refund. If a purchase is not a fit, ask within 14 days of purchase through the LinkedIn link below. You do not need to give a reason. After a refund, download access is turned off. The refunds page has the same wording.
